šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

In this part-time role, you will provide administrative support to the Airport Hub Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at one of our UK airports. You will be responsible for coordinating flights, handling passenger complaints, and collaborating with team members to meet operational targets. Reporting to the Airport Manager, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, efficient, and enjoyable travel experiences for our passengers.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to the Airport Hub Team, including coordinating flights, handling passenger complaints, and updating operational schedules. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including resolving conflicts and addressing issues promptly. Assist with managing airport resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Coordinate with external partners, such as ground handlers and airport authorities. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including operational statistics and passenger feedback. Collaborate with the Airport Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role in the aviation or travel industry. A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Airport Operations Systems.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in an airport environment, with knowledge of airport procedures and regulations. Certificate in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with Airport Slot Allocation Systems.
