šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for airport planning and compliance across our network. You will work closely with our airport teams, ground handling suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless operations and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will report to the Airport Planning Manager and be part of a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain airport plans, including slot allocations, ground handling arrangements, and cargo handling requirements
Ensure compliance with all relevant airport regulations, including EU-OPS and IOSA standards
Collaborate with airport teams and ground handling suppliers to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
Provide technical support to airport stakeholders, including airport managers and regulatory authorities
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in airport operations
Develop and maintain relationships with airport stakeholders, including airport managers and regulatory authorities
Prepare and present reports to senior management on airport operations and compliance
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in airport operations, preferably with a major airline
Strong knowledge of airport regulations, including EU-OPS and IOSA standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and airport management software
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Aviation Management or a related field
Experience working with airport management software, such as AirportSQL
Fluency in a second language, preferably French or German
Certification in airport operations, such as the CAA's Airport Operations Manager course
