π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving Burger King's Mexico expansion strategy, leveraging digital channels to reach and engage our target audience. You will report directly to our Mexico Country Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Your success will contribute significantly to the growth and profitability of Burger King's Mexico operations.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in Mexico
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with creative agencies to design and produce high-quality digital content (social media, email, video, etc.)
- Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Work with our CRM team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across all channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, media vendors, and internal stakeholders
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-food or foodservice industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive results
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including advertising and content strategies
- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and ability to analyze campaign performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Latin American culture and market trends
- Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.)
