As the Restaurant Operations Manager - Quality Control and Employee Experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in our German restaurants. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of operational processes and procedures that maintain the integrity of our food and the well-being of our employees. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall business performance.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain accurate records of quality control procedures, food safety protocols, and employee training programs.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills, focusing on customer service, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Conduct regular quality control and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives, such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.

Establish open communication channels with employees, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance and job satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational decisions and optimize business performance.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, quality control, or employee experience management.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, food science, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and employee training programs.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Certification in food safety or quality control (e.g., HACCP, SQF).

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple locations.

Leadership experience in training and development programs.
