šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Clinical Data Analyst — Population Health Insights, you will play a critical role in helping us understand the health needs of our members and develop data-driven strategies to improve their outcomes. You will work closely with our clinical team to analyze large datasets, identify trends and correlations, and develop insights that inform our population health initiatives. This is a remote-based role, and you will work closely with our team in the United Kingdom to contribute to our mission.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and identify trends and correlations

• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop data-driven strategies to improve population health outcomes

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for care improvement and develop insights that inform our population health initiatives

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

• Collaborate with our data governance team to ensure data quality and integrity

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to colleagues on data analysis and reporting best practices

• Collaborate with our analytics team to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify high-risk patients and prevent adverse events

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to communicate findings and insights

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on population health or clinical data

• Strong technical skills in data modeling, data visualization, and machine learning

• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with clinical and analytical teams

• Certification in data science or analytics is a plus

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Data Science or Analytics

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical data sources

• Familiarity with population health management and clinical quality measures

• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives

• Strong business acumen and experience working in a healthcare or health insurance setting

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
