šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Data Analyst - Population Health Insights, you will play a critical role in helping us drive better health outcomes and improve patient care. Working remotely from the UK, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data and identify insights that inform our population health strategies. You will report directly to the Head of Population Health and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and the lives of our customers.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform population health strategies.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clinicians and data scientists to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Provide data support for clinical research studies and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify and address data quality issues and implement data governance best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for data visualization tools and reports.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis or a related field.
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as biostatistics, epidemiology, or public health.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data storage solutions.
Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical data repositories.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
Certification in data governance or data security.
2+ years of experience working in a population health or healthcare setting.
