🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Architect on our Social Media Platform Scaling team, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support our rapid growth. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with our existing platforms and provide expert guidance on cloud architecture. Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to scale our platform and continue to delight our users.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms. Provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and best practices. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation and standards. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies. Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline cloud infrastructure management.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering. Proficiency in cloud platform management using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Certification in cloud architecture, security, or related field. Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics and machine learning platforms. Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and project management platforms.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and 25 days of annual leave.
