🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Cloud-Based Customer Loyalty Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based loyalty program to drive customer engagement and retention. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform. Your primary goal is to develop and execute a loyalty program strategy that aligns with our business objectives and provides a unique shopping experience for our customers.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute a loyalty program strategy that aligns with Ulta Beauty's business objectives and brand values.

. Design and implement a cloud-based loyalty program that rewards customers for purchases, referrals, and other behaviors.

. Collaborate with our IT team to integrate the loyalty program with our e-commerce platform and ensure seamless user experience.

. Analyze customer data and behavior to inform program enhancements and improve customer retention.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our marketing and sales teams.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty program management.

. Collaborate with our creative team to develop loyalty program messaging and marketing campaigns.

. Measure and report program performance to stakeholders, including key metrics such as program enrollment, redemption rates, and customer satisfaction.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.

. Strong understanding of cloud-based loyalty platforms and their integration with e-commerce systems.

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.

. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.

. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 3+ years of experience working with loyalty program software and platforms.

. Certification in loyalty program management or marketing.

. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to inform program enhancements.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Ulta Beauty is offering a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous vacation days.
