šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Cloud-Based IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud-based services. You will report directly to the Senior Director of IT Service Delivery and lead a team of IT experts to deliver high-quality services to our customers and business stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, implement new technologies, and develop strategic partnerships that will shape the future of our IT services.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement a cloud-based IT service strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
⢠Lead a team of IT experts to deliver cloud-based services, including migration, deployment, and management of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
⢠Establish and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to negotiate contracts, manage capacity, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
⢠Develop and manage IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
⢠Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
⢠Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
⢠Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
⢠Develop and manage budgets, resources, and project plans to ensure efficient delivery of IT services.
⢠Provide input to IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
⢠Represent IT in key business initiatives and projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business value.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠8+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on cloud-based services.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
⢠Proven experience in leading IT teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality services.
⢠Strong understanding of cloud service providers, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
⢠Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or JIRA.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
⢠Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
⢠Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL or COBIT.
⢠Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as AWS Well-Architected Framework or Azure Security and Compliance.
