🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud-Based Logistics Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations of our e-commerce clients. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of packages to our customers. Your key performance indicators will include on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction, and supply chain efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cloud-Based Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

. Monitoring and analyzing logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement

. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements

. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with e-commerce clients to ensure their needs are met

. Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages

. Analyzing and resolving operational issues that may impact delivery timelines

. Providing training and support to logistics teams on new processes and technologies

. Developing and maintaining reports to track key performance indicators

. Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies

. Providing input on the development of new products and services

. Participating in regular business reviews to discuss progress and areas for improvement

. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of logistics data

. Developing and maintaining business cases for new projects and initiatives

. Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement new technologies

. Providing input on the development of logistics policies and procedures

. Developing and maintaining training programs for logistics staff

. Providing input on the development of business reports and dashboards

. Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies

. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of logistics data

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful as a Cloud-Based Logistics Operations Specialist, you will need to have the following qualifications:

. 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in an e-commerce environment

. Strong understanding of logistics processes and technologies

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

. Experience with logistics software and systems, such as Navision and SAP

. Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

As a Cloud-Based Logistics Operations Specialist at FedEx, you will be offered a salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
