🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud-Based Logistics Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our logistics operations with our cloud-based infrastructure. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports our logistics operations in Peru. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and reliability of our delivery services in the country.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of USPS's logistics operations and cloud infrastructure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our logistics operations

- Ensure seamless integration of our logistics operations with our cloud infrastructure, including data migration, testing, and deployment

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to logistics operations and cloud infrastructure

- Develop and maintain documentation of logistics operations and cloud infrastructure, including procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for future-proofing our logistics operations and cloud infrastructure

- Ensure compliance with USPS's security, data protection, and regulatory requirements

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of experience in logistics operations, cloud infrastructure, or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including cloud platforms, storage, and networking

- Experience with logistics operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and delivery services

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks

- Certification in cloud computing, logistics operations, or a related field

- Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English
