🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud-Based Pharmacy Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based data analytics solutions that support our pharmacy operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of Pharmacy Analytics and will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver personalized health services to our customers.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and develop cloud-based data analytics solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business insights.

* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support pharmacy operations and customer engagement.

* Work with our data governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

* Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, pharmacy operations, and business leadership.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in cloud-based data analytics or a related field.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

* Strong proficiency in cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

* Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

* Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Master's degree in Data Science or a related field.
