🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Computing Services Specialist — Supply Chain Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based supply chain management platform. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability to meet growing business needs. As a key member of our IT team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize supply chain management needs. Your input will help shape the future of our cloud-based supply chain platform, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure to support supply chain management operations

- Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify and prioritize platform requirements

- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions

- Conduct regular performance monitoring and optimization of cloud resources

- Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on cloud-based supply chain management tools

- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with our platform

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud-based supply chain management solutions

- Identify and mitigate security risks associated with cloud-based supply chain management

- Develop and maintain cloud-based backup and disaster recovery plans

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

- Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and best practices to improve supply chain management efficiency

- Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to negotiate optimal pricing and terms

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, supply chain management, or a related field

- Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure design, deployment, and management

- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management principles

- Familiarity with cloud-based supply chain management platforms and tools

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Certification in cloud computing, supply chain management, or a related field

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

- Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence principles

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design
