🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Data Governance Architect on our Global Finance Platform team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance solutions to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our financial data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data governance policies, procedures, and best practices, and will collaborate with our cloud infrastructure team to design and deploy data governance solutions in our cloud-based platforms. This role will have a significant impact on the organization, as it will help to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our financial data.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement data governance solutions to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our financial data.

- Develop data governance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our financial data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

- Work with our cloud infrastructure team to design and deploy data governance solutions in our cloud-based platforms.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data governance policies and procedures are being followed.

- Develop and maintain data governance metrics and dashboards to track data governance performance.

- Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure data governance solutions meet regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and support to teams on data governance policies and procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data governance and apply that knowledge to improve our data governance solutions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in data governance, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Strong technical skills in data governance, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with data governance tools such as Apache Atlas, Apache Ranger, or Collibra.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience with data governance and compliance regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.

- Experience with data governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.

- Certification in data governance, such as Certified Data Governance Professional (CDGP).
