🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Cloud Data Manager - Omnichannel Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cloud-based data platforms to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will report to our Director of IT and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems. Your key objective will be to design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions that support our omnichannel strategy.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement cloud-based data platforms (e.g., cloud data warehousing, real-time analytics, and data lakes) to support business growth and customer engagement.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to integrate with various sources, including CRM, ERP, and market data feeds.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to provide business insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain data architecture, data models, and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Integrate data from multiple sources to create a single customer view and enhance customer experience.

Develop and maintain a cloud-based data catalog to document data assets, lineage, and metadata.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data management, data science, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in cloud data platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).

Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.

Certification in cloud computing or data management (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Certification in data science or machine learning.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
