šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Cloud Engineering Manager ā EMEA SaaS Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers who are responsible for the design, development, and operation of our cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure that our platform meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that our platform is secure, reliable, and scalable.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and operate our cloud-based SaaS platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
* Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve platform efficiency.
* Manage budgets and ensure that our platform is secure, reliable, and scalable.
* Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure that our platform meets customer needs.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
* Develop and lead technical training programs to ensure that our engineers have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on cloud engineering and SaaS operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
* Strong experience with containerization, orchestration, and DevOps tools.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Experience with cloud security and compliance.
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence.
* Experience with agile development methodologies.
* Certification in cloud engineering or a related field.
