šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features, and collaborate with our customer success team to resolve any infrastructure-related issues. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering, and will have a significant impact on the scalability and reliability of our platform.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure architectures using AWS and Azure cloud services

* Develop and maintain robust automation scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and management

* Collaborate with the DevOps team to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

* Work with the customer success team to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to infrastructure

* Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud infrastructure trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvements to the team

* Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement new features and enhancements to the platform

* Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues

* Develop and maintain documentation of cloud infrastructure architectures, including diagrams and written descriptions

* Collaborate with the security team to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our cloud infrastructure codebase

* Work with the engineering team to identify and prioritize backlog items related to cloud infrastructure

* Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to optimize costs and improve service levels

* Collaborate with the product team to develop and implement new features and enhancements to the platform

* Participate in regular meetings with the engineering team to discuss progress, blockers, and areas for improvement

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AWS and Azure cloud services

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

* Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure security and compliance best practices

* Experience with cloud-based automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation

* Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

* Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based identity and access management using AWS Cognito and Azure Active Directory

* Experience with cloud-based messaging and notification tools such as Amazon SQS and Azure Service Bus

* Strong understanding of cloud-based service level agreements and service level objectives

* Experience with cloud-based compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS and HIPAA

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based disaster recovery and business continuity planning

* Experience with cloud-based security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001

* Strong understanding of cloud-based identity and access management using AWS Cognito and Azure Active Directory

* Experience with cloud-based service management tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

* Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 2+ years of experience with cloud-based DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD

* Experience with cloud-based continuous integration and continuous deployment using AWS CodePipeline and Azure DevOps

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based testing and quality assurance using AWS CodeBuild and Azure Pipelines

* Experience with cloud-based release management using AWS CodeArtifact and Azure Release Management

* Strong understanding of cloud-based cost optimization using AWS Cost Explorer and Azure Cost Estimator

* Experience with cloud-based migration and modernization using AWS Application Migration Service and Azure Migration Assessment

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based data security and encryption using AWS KMS and Azure Key Vault

* Experience with cloud-based security information and event management using AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor

* Strong understanding of cloud-based incident response and management using AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor

* Experience with cloud-based security testing and vulnerability management using AWS Security Hub and Azure Security Center

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based access management using AWS IAM and Azure Active Directory

* Experience with cloud-based security orchestration and automation using AWS Security Hub and Azure Security Center

* Strong understanding of cloud-based threat detection and response using AWS GuardDuty and Azure Threat Protection

* Experience with cloud-based security monitoring and logging using AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor

* Strong knowledge of cloud-based security compliance and governance using AWS Security Hub and Azure Security Center
