🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist — Compliance and Risk Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of IBM's cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure solutions that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will report to the Cloud Security Manager and will be part of a dynamic team of security professionals who are passionate about protecting our customers' data and systems.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

Develop and maintain cloud security policies, procedures, and guidelines

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments of cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks

Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on cloud security best practices

Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies in cloud security

Collaborate with external partners to share best practices and stay informed of industry trends

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on compliance and risk management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification

Expertise in cloud security platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

Experience with cloud security frameworks, including NIST and PCI-DSS

Strong understanding of cloud security protocols, including encryption, access controls, and network security

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Experience with cloud migration and deployment methodologies

Certification in DevOps and Agile methodologies

Fluency in German and/or French, in addition to English
