🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist in our Cyber Operations team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our customers. You will work closely with our subject matter experts, IT teams, and customers to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop incident response plans. You will report directly to the Cyber Operations Manager and collaborate with a team of experienced security professionals.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS or Azure, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption.

- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with customers to develop incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises.

- Develop and deliver training programs on cloud security best practices for internal teams and customers.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for updating our security posture.

- Work with IT teams to integrate security controls into cloud infrastructure deployments.

- Develop and implement security protocols for sensitive data in the cloud.

- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement cloud security architectures.

- Participate in security-related projects and initiatives, including proof-of-concepts and pilots.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on AWS or Azure.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- CISSP or CISM certification, or equivalent experience.

- Experience with cloud security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.

- Experience with scripting languages, including Python or Bash.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Experience with cloud security automation tools, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

- Experience with cloud-based incident response platforms, including Splunk or Sumo Logic.

- CISSP-ISSAP or CISM-CC certification.

- Experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At Northrop Grumman, we offer a competitive salary range of 55,000 - 75,000 EUR per year, based on experience.
