🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist, you will be working as part of a remote first team to expand NVIDIA's presence in the German market. Your primary focus will be ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based security controls that protect our company's sensitive data. Reporting directly to the Director of Cloud Security, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute security strategies that balance business needs with regulatory requirements.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain technical security documentation for cloud infrastructure, including cloud storage, compute, and network architectures.

- Collaborate with the cloud engineering team to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure architectures.

- Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructure.

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for cloud-based services.

- Participate in security incident response efforts to mitigate the impact of security events.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, threats, and technologies.

- Provide guidance and training to cloud engineering teams on security best practices.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on cloud infrastructure security.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security platforms, including AWS and Azure.

- Proven experience with cloud security frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python and PowerShell.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Information Security or a related field.

- Certification in cloud security, such as CCSP or CISM.

- Experience with DevOps and automation tools, such as Ansible and Terraform.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
