🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Migration Lead, you will be responsible for leading the migration of our clients' business-critical applications to the cloud, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to their operations. You will work closely with our clients' IT teams, our cloud experts, and other stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop a migration strategy, and execute the migration plan. This is a remote role that requires strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud migration strategy that meets our clients' business needs and requirements

- Collaborate with our clients' IT teams to understand their infrastructure, applications, and business processes

- Design and implement a cloud migration plan that minimizes disruption to our clients' operations

- Lead a team of cloud migration experts to execute the migration plan and ensure successful implementation

- Develop and deliver training and documentation to our clients' staff on the use of cloud-based applications and services

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migration, ensuring compliance with our clients' security and regulatory requirements

- Monitor and report on the progress of the migration project, providing regular updates to our clients and stakeholders

- Work closely with our cloud experts to ensure that our clients' applications are optimized for the cloud and meet their business needs

- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with the migration project and our services

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in cloud migration, IT project management, or a related field

- Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects, with a focus on cloud migration and implementation

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

- Experience with cloud-based tools and technologies, including containers, serverless computing, and DevOps

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migration

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in cloud migration, IT project management, or a related field

- Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Certified: Microsoft Azure Developer

- Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and HIPAA

- Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
