🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Migration Strategist — International Expansion, you will play a key role in driving our cloud transformation journey across regions. Reporting to our Head of IT Strategy, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud migration strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications. Your expertise will drive business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain cloud migration roadmaps, strategies, and policies aligned with business objectives.

Design and implement cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with IT teams to identify, prioritize, and migrate applications to cloud environments.

Develop and manage Cloud Service Catalogues, ensuring clear visibility and governance.

Conduct regular risk assessments, threat modeling, and compliance audits for cloud infrastructure.

Work closely with vendors to negotiate cloud infrastructure and services agreements.

Ensure cloud migration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud migration, strategy, and architecture.

Proven track record of successful cloud migrations, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Certified: Azure Developer Associate.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Experience with cloud-based DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks.

Certifications in Cloud Security, Compliance, or Risk Management.

Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £50,000 — £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
