🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Architect in our DACH Region, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot cloud security controls, as well as develop and maintain our cloud security strategy. You will report to our Head of Cloud Security and will have a significant impact on the security posture of our organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement cloud security controls, including identity and access management, data encryption, and network security

• Develop and maintain our cloud security strategy, including roadmap, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring

• Collaborate with our IT teams to integrate cloud security controls into our existing infrastructure

• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our teams have the necessary skills to implement cloud security best practices

• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and technologies, and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks

• Work with our compliance team to ensure our cloud security posture meets regulatory requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with cloud security vendors and partners

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on architecture and strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field

• CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification

• Experience with cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure

• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, data encryption, and network security

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field

• Experience with cloud security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Cloud Security Architect at PNC, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from €55,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We have recently completed several successful cloud security projects, including the migration of our corporate email system to the cloud. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cloud Security Architect to join our team and help us drive our cloud security strategy forward.
