🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Architect for Aerospace and Defense Solutions, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure for our customers. You'll work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our cloud solutions meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability. You'll report directly to the Director of Cloud Security and will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies that align with our company's overall security posture.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure for aerospace and defense customers using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

. Develop and maintain cloud security architectures, standards, and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cloud security is integrated into all aspects of the development lifecycle.

. Develop and implement cloud security monitoring and incident response plans to detect and respond to security threats.

. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud security posture.

. Lead cloud security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.

. Develop and deliver cloud security training and awareness programs to ensure that our customers and employees have the knowledge and skills they need to use cloud security effectively.

. Work with our sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud security space.

. Collaborate with our compliance and regulatory teams to ensure that our cloud security practices align with industry regulations and standards.

. Develop and maintain relationships with cloud security partners and vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security technologies and best practices.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

. 10+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure.

. Certified Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

. Experience with cloud security frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-53 and CSA STAR.

. Experience with cloud security tools, such as AWS IAM and Azure Active Directory.

. Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures, security risks, and vulnerabilities.

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

. 10+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure.
