🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Compliance Specialist for our DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud security strategies that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Reporting to the Regional IT Director, you will have a direct impact on the company's cloud security posture and contribute to the success of our business operations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure and applications.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.

Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and trends, and recommend strategies to address them.

Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees on cloud security best practices.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR and DSGVO.

Collaborate with third-party vendors to assess and address security risks.

Develop and maintain incident response plans for cloud security incidents.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud security and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.

Proven experience with cloud security frameworks, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and NIST.

In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Experience with DevOps and cloud-native security.

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA Security.

Fluency in German or proficiency in another European language.

Cloud security certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
