šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Compliance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve and maintain compliance with the latest security standards. Reporting to our Director of Security, you'll work closely with our DevOps and engineering teams to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' data is protected across all environments, from development to production. Your impact will be felt across our entire customer base, making you a vital part of our mission to make modern IT security accessible to everyone.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud security compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and others.

- Collaborate with our DevOps team to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure for our customers.

- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation steps.

- Work with our engineering team to integrate security features into our products and ensure they meet customer requirements.

- Provide expert guidance to our customers on cloud security compliance best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content on cloud security compliance.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in cloud security compliance, with a focus on DevOps and infrastructure as code.

- Strong understanding of cloud security standards, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, and Google Cloud Identity.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Experience with compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2 and GDPR.

- Certification in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security — Specialty or Google Cloud Certified — Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and their application to DevOps.

- Experience working with cloud-based security information and event management (SIEM) systems.

- Certification in DevOps, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer — Professional or Google Cloud Certified — Professional Cloud Developer.
