šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Cloud Security Compliance Specialist at Apple, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud-based services and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and compliance, to design, implement, and maintain cloud security controls and compliance frameworks. This position will report directly to the Cloud Security Manager and will be responsible for driving the security and compliance agenda for Apple's cloud services. Your efforts will have a significant impact on the security posture of Apple's cloud services, which are used by millions of customers worldwide.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain cloud security controls and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure cloud-based services and applications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure cloud services meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain cloud security policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all cloud services.
- Identify and implement security controls to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers to ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of cloud security controls and compliance frameworks.
- Participate in incident response and crisis management to ensure effective communication and response to security incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop and implement strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security controls and compliance frameworks, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, and Google Cloud IAM.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Experience with security testing and penetration testing tools such as Nessus and Burp Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience with cloud security certifications such as AWS Security and Compliance and Azure Security and Compliance.
- Knowledge of emerging cloud security threats and vulnerabilities, such as cloud-native attacks and API security.
- Experience with cloud security automation tools such as AWS Config and Azure Policy.
- Strong understanding of cloud service provider security controls and compliance requirements.
- Experience with incident response and crisis management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective cloud security strategies that meet business needs and goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of Ā£50,000-Ā£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
