šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Cloud Security Operations Manager at CrowdStrike, you'll play a critical role in leading our cloud security operations team to detect and respond to emerging cybersecurity threats. You'll be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our cloud security solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and collaborating with customers to ensure their security needs are met.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement cloud security strategies to protect CrowdStrike's assets and data
Collaborate with security architects to design and implement cloud security solutions
Lead cloud security operations team to detect and respond to emerging threats
Work with customers to understand their security needs and provide guidance on cloud security best practices
Develop and maintain cloud security policies and procedures
Identify and mitigate potential risks to cloud security
Collaborate with product teams to ensure cloud security features are integrated into our solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and trends
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on security operations and threat detection
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
Extensive experience with cloud security platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Strong understanding of cloud security architectures and design patterns
Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with cloud security tools, such as CloudWatch or Azure Monitor
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
š° WHAT WE OFFER
Salary range: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
