🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Security Solutions Architect for Financial Services, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our financial services clients. Reporting to our Director of Cloud Security, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain security architectures that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role is critical to ensuring the security and compliance of our clients' sensitive financial data, and your impact will be felt across the organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions for financial services clients, including AWS and GCP environments

- Develop and maintain security architectures that meet the unique needs of our clients, including compliance with regulations such as GDPR and PCI-DSS

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and develop incident response plans

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for cloud security solutions

- Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices for cloud security

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to our solutions

- Work with our sales team to develop and pitch cloud security solutions to new and existing clients

- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and maintain our cloud security tools and platforms

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs and security teams

- Provide input to our product roadmap to ensure that our cloud security solutions meet the needs of our clients

- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in our clients' cloud infrastructure

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on financial services

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong technical skills in cloud security, including AWS and GCP

- Experience with security frameworks and regulations, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience with cloud security tools and platforms, such as CloudTrail and CloudWatch

- Certification in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty

- Experience working with financial services clients and understanding of their security needs

- Strong knowledge of cloud security threats and technologies

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, a contributory pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
