🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

This Cloud Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based services to our enterprise partners. As a key member of our technology team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop and implement cloud-based solutions to meet those needs. You will report to the Head of Cloud Services and will be accountable for delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver cloud-based services to enterprise partners, including migration, deployment, and ongoing management of cloud-based solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop and implement cloud-based solutions to meet those needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT managers, and cloud vendors.

Ensure the security, compliance, and regulatory requirements of cloud-based services are met or exceeded.

Develop and manage cloud-based services budgets, including cost optimization and resource allocation.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, and recommend changes to cloud-based services as needed.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on service delivery and management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience with cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Expertise in cloud service delivery models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.

Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience with containerization and DevOps practices.

Certification in ITIL or other service management frameworks.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

This role comes with a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
