🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect — Automotive Insurance, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions to support the growth of our automotive insurance business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to drive digital transformation and improve customer experiences. Reporting to the Director of Cloud Architecture, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud architecture standards, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with external vendors and partners to integrate their services into our cloud ecosystem.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to migrate existing applications to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration with our on-premises systems.

- Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Work with external vendors and partners to integrate their services into our cloud ecosystem.

- Collaborate with product teams to design and develop new cloud-based products and services.

- Analyze and improve cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture designs, including system diagrams, deployment plans, and security configurations.

- Participate in cloud security and compliance audits, ensuring our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards.

- Collaborate with IT operations teams to develop and implement cloud-based monitoring and management tools.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending new features and capabilities to support our business growth.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Certification in cloud architecture, security, or related field (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience working with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Azure Synapse.

- Certification in data analytics, machine learning, or related field.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
