🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect on our E-Commerce Enterprise team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions to meet the needs of our e-commerce customers. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will report to the Director of Cloud Solutions and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions. Your work will have a significant impact on our customers' ability to reach their customers and grow their businesses.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement cloud-based architectures for e-commerce customers using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

* Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions

* Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams

* Conduct technical training sessions for sales and engineering teams

* Identify and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve our e-commerce offerings

* Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers and their partners

* Collaborate with our security team to ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations

* Participate in proof-of-concept projects to test and validate new technologies and solutions

* Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our e-commerce offerings

* Develop and maintain our cloud-based e-commerce platform

* Identify and recommend changes to our cloud-based architecture to improve scalability, reliability, and performance

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

* Strong technical skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration (Ansible, Terraform)

* Experience with cloud security and compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR)

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

* Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

* Experience with CloudFormation, Cloud Development Kit, or Cloud SDKs

* Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks

* Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices

* Experience with cloud-based machine learning and artificial intelligence

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

* Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
