🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect in our Financial Services department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions for our clients. Reporting directly to our Head of Cloud Engineering, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative cloud architecture that aligns with our clients' objectives. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the rigorous demands of the financial sector, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our cloud services.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their cloud requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs

- Design and implement cloud architecture that encompasses scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Develop and maintain cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations

- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop cloud-based applications and tools that meet the evolving needs of our clients

- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies

- Participate in the development of cloud roadmaps and strategies that drive business growth and innovation

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive improvements in our cloud services

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a focus on financial services

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Proficiency in cloud security and compliance frameworks, including PCI-DSS and GDPR

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional certifications in cloud architecture, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect

- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management tools, such as Okta

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

- Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource allocation

- Experience with cloud-based data analytics and visualization tools

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
