🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect for e-Learning Platforms at Microsoft, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions for our e-learning platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our cloud solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and that they are aligned with Microsoft's overall business strategy. You will report directly to the Director of Cloud Architecture and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our e-learning platform.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement cloud-based solutions for our e-learning platform that meet customer needs and are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs

Ensure that cloud solutions are aligned with Microsoft's overall business strategy and are compliant with industry standards and regulations

Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams to support cloud solutions

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Azure services and features relevant to e-learning platform development

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of relevant cloud security, identity, and access management best practices

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong understanding of Azure services and features, including Azure Storage, Azure Compute, and Azure Networking

Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, and access management best practices

Experience with e-learning platform development and cloud-based solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certification in Azure architecture and engineering (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with cloud-based e-learning platforms and tools (e.g. Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems)

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 MXN - 800,000 MXN per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days.
