🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect for Enterprise Customer Success, you will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to design and implement cloud solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for leading technical discussions, creating technical proposals and executing large-scale cloud migrations. You will report to our Director of Cloud Solutions and will have a significant impact on our customer's success and our company's growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement cloud solutions for enterprise customers using Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.

Develop and maintain technical proposals and sales collateral to support sales teams.

Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale cloud migrations.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Develop and implement cloud security and compliance controls.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certification in AWS or Azure architecture.

Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certification in cloud security and compliance.

Experience with cloud-based DevOps and automation tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics and machine learning technologies.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and 15 vacation days per year. Additionally, we offer a $2,000 annual learning and development budget and a flexible remote work policy.
