🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect for Global Enterprise Clients, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our most strategic customers. You will report to the Head of Cloud Architecture and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our cloud services. Your focus will be on understanding the customer's business needs and developing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. design and develop cloud architecture blueprints for enterprise customers, taking into account their specific business needs and technical requirements. evaluate and recommend cloud infrastructure solutions, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings. work closely with customers to understand their cloud computing and data management needs. develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and goals. recommend best practices and standards for cloud security, data protection and compliance. remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud offerings.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, design and delivery, preferably in a large enterprise environment. MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field. specific technical skills in cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). knowledge of cloud security, data protection and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR). experience with agile project management methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Slack).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. CISSP or CISM certification in cloud security. experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration). knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, a contributory pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave. You will also have access to a £1,000 learning and development budget and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with flexible working hours and remote work options.
