🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect — Public Sector, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients in the public sector. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage the power of cloud computing. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our clients' cloud infrastructure and applications. You will report to the Director of Cloud Solutions and work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for public sector clients, including migration, integration, and modernization of legacy systems.

- Develop and maintain technical solutions and architecture documentation to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

- Work with our delivery team to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of cloud solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' cloud infrastructure and applications.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales, and delivery teams.

- Participate in sales and business development efforts to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.

- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to clients on cloud-based solutions.

- Collaborate with our support team to resolve technical issues and provide support to clients.

- Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on cloud-based solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud solutions.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Experience with cloud migration, integration, and modernization of legacy systems.

- Strong experience with containerization, serverless computing, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.

- Strong experience with cloud-based project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certification in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.

- Experience with cloud-based analytics and data integration.

- Experience with agile software development methodologies.

- Strong experience with cloud-based testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with cloud-based security tools, such as Cloud Security Gateway or Cloud Access Security Broker.

- Strong experience with cloud-based identity and access management.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) retirement plan, and 20 days of paid vacation per year.
