🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As Cloud Technology Manager for International Expansion, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and architects to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions that support JetBlue's expansion into new international markets. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technology strategies that meet our goals. You will report directly to the Director of Cloud Engineering and will be responsible for ensuring that our cloud infrastructure meets the highest levels of security, reliability, and scalability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Azure platforms to support JetBlue's international expansion

. Lead a team of engineers and architects to develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services

. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technology strategies that meet our goals

. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications

. Develop and implement cloud security and compliance strategies to protect JetBlue's data and systems

. Ensure that cloud infrastructure meets the highest levels of security, reliability, and scalability

. Develop and manage cloud budgets and resource allocation

. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions that meet JetBlue's needs

. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for cloud infrastructure

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering and architecture

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

. Proven experience with AWS and Azure platforms, including designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions

. Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements

. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

. Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and storage

. Experience with cloud-based applications and services, such as SaaS and PaaS

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

. Experience with containers and Kubernetes

. Experience with cloud-based machine learning and artificial intelligence

. Certification in cloud architecture or engineering

. Experience with cloud-based security and compliance solutions

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Cloud Technology Manager for International Expansion, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £75,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive health insurance package, a retirement plan, and 25 days of paid vacation per year. We offer a £500 learning and development budget per year, and a flexible remote work policy that allows you to work from home 3 days per week.
