🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud UX Designer on our Enterprise SaaS Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly cloud-based products that meet the needs of our global customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive business results.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Lead the design of cloud-based products and features, including user interface, user experience, and information architecture.

. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.

. Develop and maintain design systems and patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.

. Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.

. Work with the design team to evolve the InVision design language and ensure alignment with company goals.

. Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to team members to improve design quality.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.

. Communicate design concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and effective visual and written communication.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on cloud-based products and services.

. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

. Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design, user research, and design systems.

. Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

. Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Experience with cloud-based design systems and patterns.

. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum.

. Certification in UX design or human-computer interaction.

. 1+ year of experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software company.

. Experience leading design teams or managing design projects.

InVision offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
