🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify technical solutions, and deliver innovative digital products and services to our customers. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business strategy and operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our digital products and services are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze business requirements and identify technical solutions to drive digital transformation

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products and services

* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including business cases, technical specifications, and project plans

* Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure business buy-in and support

* Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies

* Develop and implement KPIs to measure digital product and service performance

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation

* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and vendor management

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

* Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud platforms, agile methodologies, and digital tools and technologies

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

* Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives with high-quality results

* Experience with business analysis tools, such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

* Experience with DevOps, cybersecurity, and data analytics

* Certification in technical business analysis, project management, or a related field

* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

* Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
