🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at Conduent, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive growth and improvement. As part of our team, you will report directly to our Director of Digital Transformation and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from strategy development to implementation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for clients across various industries

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital transformation best practices

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure a cohesive approach to digital transformation

Identify and assess digital transformation technologies and tools, including cloud, AI, and blockchain

Collaborate with clients to develop and implement digital transformation roadmaps

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Provide thought leadership and expertise on digital transformation trends and best practices

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Experience working with cloud, AI, and blockchain technologies

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Certification in digital transformation, ITIL, or a related field

Fluency in multiple languages, including German and English

Experience working in the German market
