🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As Content Strategist for our German market expansion, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive ticket sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to analyze customer behavior, understand market trends, and create compelling content to promote our brand. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and has a significant impact on the company's growth and revenue in the German market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute content marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. . Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform content strategies. . Collaborate with our marketing team to create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts. . Optimize and measure campaign performance using analytics tools. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing. . Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including influencers and content creators. . Assist in the development of marketing materials, including press releases and product announcements. . Support the Head of Marketing in setting and achieving marketing goals and objectives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field. . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. . Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns. . Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels. . Strong analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. . Fluency in German and English.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 2+ years of experience working in the entertainment or hospitality industry. . Knowledge of film or cinema industry trends and developments. . Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools. . Certification in content marketing or a related field. . Knowledge of German film industry regulations and standards.
