As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager - Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in transforming our company's talent acquisition strategy to meet the changing needs of our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with our company's digital transformation goals. You will work closely with our hiring managers, recruiting team, and other stakeholders to source, attract, and hire top talent in the digital space. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts and providing insights to inform our future talent acquisition strategies.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with our company's digital transformation goals.

Source, attract, and hire top talent in the digital space using a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Design and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to promote our company's brand and attract top talent.

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and HR technology providers.

Provide regular reporting and insights to inform our talent acquisition strategies and measure their effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and digital transformation.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies that drive business results.

Expertise in digital transformation, recruitment marketing, and social media recruitment.

Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certification in recruitment marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.

Experience working in the restaurant or fast-casual industry.

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
