As a Customer Experience Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our Germany-based remote team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing customer feedback to inform business decisions. Your impact will be felt across the entire customer journey, from online ordering to in-store experience.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to design and launch new customer-facing initiatives

* Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize processes

* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer experience strategies

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience

* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive customer experience initiatives

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer-facing skills for team members

* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with customer experience standards

* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement customer experience-focused marketing campaigns

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced environment

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations

* Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

* Experience working in the fast-food or quick-service industry

* Certification in customer experience or a related field

* Fluency in German language, with excellent language skills
