π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all channels. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements to drive continuous growth and excellence. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, analyzing feedback and data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric initiatives and process improvements. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct quality audits and performance metrics analysis to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain knowledge of USPS policies, procedures, and products. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection standards. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or operations environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Familiarity with quality management principles and customer satisfaction metrics.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the mail and logistics industry. Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CCNA, CCA).t Familiarity with CRM software and customer feedback platforms. Native or near-native proficiency in German and English languages.
