šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Representative - Postal Operations, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about postal services. You will work closely with our customer service teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, while also meeting our operational goals and objectives. You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about postal services.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other customer service teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.
Stay up-to-date on postal services, rates, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a postal or retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of postal services, rates, and regulations.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Service and Support Professional (CSSP).
Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages.
Experience working with customers with disabilities.
