🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Success Manager for our German market expansion, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing churn rates, and driving revenue growth. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product. Your impact will be measured by the retention rates and growth of our customer base in Germany.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute customized success plans for key customers to meet their business objectives.

- Conduct regular business reviews, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing customers.

- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers.

- Analyze customer health scores and develop strategies to reduce churn rates.

- Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Customer Success and other stakeholders.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive customer success.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform customer success strategies.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

- Proven track record of delivering customer success and growth in a B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of customer-centricity, customer journey mapping, and customer success methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Excel.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in a similar role for a software or SaaS company.

- Knowledge of German language and culture, a plus.

- Familiarity with customer success metrics, such as customer health scores and churn rates.

- Certification in customer success, such as CSM or CSSM.
