🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our retail data. Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Your expertise will help drive business decisions, improve customer experience, and enhance our competitive edge.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all retail platforms and systems.

Develop and implement data quality metrics and reporting dashboards.

Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement fixes.

Conduct regular data audits to identify areas for improvement.

Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Develop and maintain documentation on data quality procedures and best practices.

Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data quality assurance or a related field.

Excellent understanding of data management principles and practices.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Experience with data quality frameworks and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Master's degree in Data Science or a related field.

Certification in data quality or a related field (e.g., CQAA, CDMP).

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, D3.js).
