🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Scientist on our Predictive Analytics team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and engineers, to design and analyze complex data models and algorithms. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models, identifying trends and insights, and communicating results to key stakeholders. You will report to our Senior Director of Data Science and work closely with our Analytics team to ensure seamless integration of insights into our business operations.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to identify high-risk patients and predict patient outcomes.

Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to design and analyze clinical trials and studies.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting dashboards to communicate results to key stakeholders.

Work closely with our Analytics team to integrate insights into our business operations.

Design and implement data governance and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.

Proven experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with healthcare data and analytics.

Certification in data science or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
