🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Delivery Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our German market expansion. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our delivery operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. You'll lead a team of operations managers and work closely with our dashing force, restaurants, and customers to ensure seamless and efficient delivery experiences. Your impact will be felt across the entire organization, from driving business growth to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency in the German market
• Lead a team of operations managers to ensure successful delivery operations and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with our dashing force, restaurants, and customers to resolve issues and improve delivery experiences
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with our senior leadership team to drive business growth and strategy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurants, customers, and dashers
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion in the German market
• Develop and manage operational budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
• Collaborate with our customer success team to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure our operations managers and dashers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving growth and improvement in operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Familiarity with food delivery and logistics operations
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Experience working in a food delivery or logistics company
• Knowledge of German market trends and regulations
• Familiarity with operational tools and software
• Certification in operations management or a related field
